  • Ability to create and implement HR programs that support a diverse, creative and innovative culture

  • Must be proactive, organized, detail-oriented and tuned in to changes in HR law and trends
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities in varied circumstances
  • Strengths-based approach to performance management Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects and processes seamlessly
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Support all members of the organization through training and development
  • Foster inclusion across multiple disciplines and divisions
  • Administer employee benefits, oversee open enrollment and maintaining provider relationships


  • Preferred bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of human resources experience
  • HR certification preferred, but no mandatory
  • Experience in an architectural, fabrication or construction field preferred
  • Proven track record of coaching and supporting managers
