Pied-a-Terre, translated as “foot on the ground”, is a well-crafted solution to the challenge of maximizing the use of a minimum amount of space. Designed for an itinerant and successful young entrepreneur, the residence accommodates all functions of living, whether they take place over a single day or many months. The renovation is characterized by material restraint and formal simplicity. Walnut Treefrog veneer casework defines space and organizes the living area. The casework contains built-in storage, lighting and a workspace.
