A recent FRAME article highlighted mattress disruptor Tuft & Needle’s recently-opened Kansas City store. This store was the first of multiple Tuft & Needle locations for our team, and we’re thrilled to be working with this incredible brand as they expand their retail footprint nationally. We’re equally excited with FRAME’s recognition of the ‘Rise of Kansas City’ and the growing attraction of second tier cities to innovative retailers and businesses.

Intentionally designed to feel residential in scale and aesthetics, Tuft & Needle stores are driven by convenience and the customer experience. The environment is relaxed and designed for customers to browse at their leisure without the pressure of a sales associate following them around the store. Multiple in-store “bedrooms” provide semi-private spaces for customers to check out the different mattress offerings, and orders can be placed directly on the website or from iPads located throughout the store.
