Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Matt graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute with a degree in printmaking. With a background in retail and foodservice, Matt brings a range of experiences to his work Hufft. It’s this diversity of experience and the desire to learn new skills that both fuels and inspires Matt’s work.

Outside of work, Matt continues to create art and practice music. When he’s not biking around Kansas City, Matt is in the kitchen cooking up new sauces, condiments, and ferments like sauerkraut.
