Five Elms selected as Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Award winner

We’re excited to share that the Five Elms office was named one of the Kansas City Business Journal’s 2019 Capstone winners. The annual Capstone program celebrates the city’s real estate market and highlights the best projects completed in the previous year.

Located a few floors above the public library at Ward Parkway and Main Street, the Five Elms office capitalizes on its location and views of the surrounding Country Club Plaza. Interior walls were replaced with frameless glass partitions to carry natural daylight and Plaza views far into the space. The office includes eight private offices, benching stations for up to 24 staff, multiple conference rooms and smaller breakout spaces, and dedicated reception and hospitality space. Multiple custom furniture pieces designed and fabricated by our shop can be found throughout the office, including conference room and C-shape side tables, as well as a mobile reception desk.
