A distinguishing butterfly roof opens to allow a maximum amount of daylight into the building’s open offices, executive core, and conference rooms.  The need for artificial lighting during the day is greatly reduced, if not eliminated.  The building’s green design also features natural ventilation and abundant views out to the landscape.  Such features improve the quality of the work environment and enhance employee productivity.

The clients expressed a desire for a building exhibiting a warm aesthetic that would be pleasing to occupants and those passing by.  Natural, recycled, and reclaimed materials are utilized throughout.  The new R.B.
